Æthux operates a non-extractive commercial model. Our business is the delivery of capitalized systems, not the collection, aggregation, or monetization of user behavior.
We do not operate freemium services.
We do not sell user data.
We do not resell metadata or behavioral signals.
Atlas and Aether are deployed within customer-controlled environments (on-premise or VPC). Upon commissioning, the systems operate under the customer’s exclusive custody.
No Telemetry (Default): The runtime contains no outbound monitoring or usage beacons.
Optional Support Telemetry (By Contract): Where explicitly agreed in writing, customers may elect to enable limited, purpose-bound diagnostic telemetry to support incident resolution. Such telemetry is disabled by default and governed by contractual scope.
No Data Ingestion: Æthux does not ingest, replicate, or train on customer data.
No Persistent Access: Æthux personnel have no standing access to customer environments following handover, except under explicit, time-bound authorization.
This preserves flexibility for enterprise support without weakening the default sovereignty claim.
